SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
Our preferred method of shipping within the USA is via United Parcel Service (UPS). The preferred method of shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is US Mail because of lower shipping charges. Packages within the contiguous USA are shipped via US Mail if they weigh only a few pounds or if requested by the customer.
All shipped orders are assessed a handling fee of seventy five cents ($0.75). The shipping charges are dependent upon the weight of the package, location it is being shipped to and type of service requested. You can elect to have a package shipped via 1-day, 2-day, 3-day or regular ground service by UPS. The shipping charges are equal to the charges assessed by UPS or by US-Mail. The total shipping and handling charges are a sum of the handling fee and shipping charges.
International shipping is via sea or air. Because of the various options available for international shipping, shipping mode and method will be decided on as per the requirements of the customer.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card (Amex, Visa or Mastercard). Prepayment is accepted by Money Order, or by wire transfer. Personal checks are not acceptable. Packages shipped via UPS or US Mail can be shipped COD (Money order to be paid on delivery).
New customers are required to pay by either credit/debit card (American Express, VISA, or Mastercard) or prepayment by money order. Chain Stores and established businesses with whom we have established a long term business relationship and who provide acceptable credit references and are approved can apply for Net 30 days credit.

All prices quoted are in US dollars. All prices are FOB Hayward, CA, USA. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prevailing California sales tax will be charged to customers who do not have a resale license within CA State. Goods may be returned only with prior approval. Returned goods subject to inspection before issuance of credit. Returned goods subject to restocking charges of 10%.
